How well do deaf children achieve within the National Qualifications Framework? These include familiar qualifications such as Standard Grades and Highers and also the newer qualifications at Access and Intermediate and levels. The qualifications are categorised as operating at seven different levels. A summary of qualifications can be found in the curriculum and qualifications grid [PDF] prepared by the ADPS team. Do deaf children achieve at comparable levels to hearing children? can we note any specific differences and similarities? This information is presented in the Certificated Qualifications ADPS tables.
